This dynamic position focuses on developing and implementing the science curriculum across several grade levels within Kahnawà:ke schools. The Science Curriculum Consultant will work closely with the KEC team, leveraging curriculum strategies to ensure that educational practices are aligned with KEC’s Tsi Niionkwarihò:ten program. Successful candidates will display strong curriculum development skills and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate science curriculum guides
• Coach teachers in effective implementation strategies




• Collaborate with various educational stakeholders in curriculum alignment
• Recommend instructional materials and resources
• Monitor and support student assessment approaches

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Education focused on Science
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
• Background in First Nations education is a plus
• Proficient in English and knowledgeable in Kanien’kéha and French
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
