Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and support crew teams to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality performance metrics
• Conduct Planned Work Inspections and Protected Work Observations




• Collaborate with clients on project requirements
• Facilitate incident analyses and safety strategies

Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Retention of a valid class five driver's license
• 10+ years supervisory experience required in mining
• Certification in CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO
• Strong skills in communication and conflict resolution
