As part of the dedicated Anti Human Trafficking team, this Youth Worker position will involve providing specialized counseling, safety planning, and ongoing emotional support. The focus will be on promoting independence and achieving personal goals for young women seeking a better future. Your experience in crisis management and youth care will be instrumental in fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ongoing assessments and individual counseling
• Implement trauma-informed care methods




• Assist youth with hygiene and nightly routines
• Advocate within and outside the organization
• Complete essential documentation accurately

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant youth work
• Two years experience in a residential care setting
• Knowledge of youth developmental theory
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Solid communication skills and community resource knowledge
