Become a City Dispatch Specialist with GX Transportation Solutions, focusing on planning and executing productive routes. This full-time position plays a critical role in maximizing fleet productivity.

In this role, you will be part of our Operations team, working Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Your three-plus years in transportation will help you manage dynamic load assignments, assess changing conditions, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. You’ll also be tasked with supporting night shifts and ensuring effective communication across dispatch functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and assign loads to minimize driving distances
• Ensure all drivers are briefed and equipped for their routes
• Adjust plans based on service disruptions and road conditions




• Track and prepare daily delivery plans and documentation
• Work closely with various departments for seamless operation

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the Transportation Industry
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Truckmate highly valued
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Capable of managing logistics under pressure
