This full-time, temporary position oversees the Culturally Aligned Integrated Support program across Vancouver Island, with a specific focus on program evaluation and community relations. You will collaborate with teams in different locations, taking charge of multiple contracts and budgets to enhance ACEH’s mission. Your leadership will be key in driving impactful strategies against homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide CAIS teams in Victoria, Port Alberni, and Port Hardy
• Manage compliance, budgets, and contractual obligations
• Lead data evaluation efforts to inform strategies
• Enhance partnerships with Indigenous groups and stakeholders
• Create impactful resources for community engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with Indigenous housing and community services
• Solid project management and interpersonal skills
• History of successful partnerships and community involvement
• Willingness to travel throughout Vancouver Island
