Lead the Math Success Program at Neighbour to Neighbour, fostering mathematical understanding in students. This part-time contract role requires availability Monday to Thursday, playing a key role in their after-school programs for grades 5-8.

In this essential facilitator role, you will enhance numeracy through structured activities and team-oriented tutoring. Your responsibilities include mentoring volunteers and tracking participant progress, ensuring a responsive and effective educational environment that caters to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement math programming for youth grades 5-8
• Follow lesson plans to ensure engaging sessions
• Identify and adapt lessons for individual learning needs




• Mentor volunteer tutors and provide targeted support
• Collaborate on collecting participant data and feedback

Requirements:
• 2+ years in child/youth program facilitation
• Degree/diploma or ongoing studies in education or related fields
• Experience with diverse youth populations
• Current First Aid/CPR certification and driver's license
• Up-to-date vulnerable sector check
