In this full time position until March 2027, you will work closely with clients, helping them achieve their employment goals through personalized strategies. Your expertise in social services or human resources prepares you to provide crucial assessments and employer relations support, fostering successful job placements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive team success through effective KPI management
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders for client referrals
• Perform detailed assessments to identify client needs and strengths




• Create tailored Employment Action Plans for individual clients
• Facilitate ongoing support through job readiness training

Requirements:
• Experience in assessments and client mentoring
• Knowledge of labor markets and community resources
• Proficient in documentation and report writing
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Willingness to work outside standard hours as needed
