You will lead a team of engineers at our Edmonton Plant I, collaborating with diverse departments to refine manufacturing processes. With a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement, you will drive initiatives that impact production operations significantly. This role is a blend of strategic decision-making and hands-on technical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
• Own process design and optimization for product lines
• Manage CAPEX projects, ensuring successful execution




• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
• Collaborate on manufacturability for current product launches

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or similar Engineering field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience required
• Leadership experience of 2+ years preferred
• Proven track record in implementing lean methodologies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
