Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Facilitators in planning supports for families
• Complete necessary service contracts for agencies
• Oversee the management cycle of contracts
• Promote reconciliation initiatives with Indigenous organizations
• Facilitate resolution for complex stakeholder issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a social services leadership role
• capacity to communicate effectively and build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to guide and coach teams
