Join e4c as an Overnight Transitional Support Coordinator, working directly in Edmonton, AB. Your role will focus on providing impactful recovery services to promote stability, wellness, and independence for our participants.
This full time position is ideal for individuals with a degree in Human Services or similar fields. You will support people facing trauma and mental health challenges through life skills development and community engagement while using a strength-based and collaborative approach with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support participants with trauma-informed, person-centered care
• Facilitate life skills such as self-care and medication management
• Help identify personal goals and community connections
• Deliver impactful wellness programs promoting independence
• Maintain compliance with related standards and documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work or Education
• 2+ years of experience in a supportive role
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR needed
• Familiarity with recovery and strengths-based practices
• Experience in collaborative settings with multiple stakeholders
