Lead annual giving initiatives at Science World as the Manager of Annual Giving. Engage donors and enhance fundraising strategies that support STEAM literacy across British Columbia.

This full-time position, reporting to the Director, Major Gifts, is key in implementing effective fundraising strategies. You will be responsible for all aspects of annual giving, from donor cultivation and solicitation to stewardship of mid-level giving. Your robust relational and strategic skills will facilitate community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage annual giving programs actively
• Collaborate with the Development team to meet revenue goals
• Directly oversee monthly and online fundraising campaigns




• Ensure accurate gift tracking with the Database Specialist
• Lead donor engagement and appreciation events

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of professional fundraising experience
• Proven success in donor identification and engagement
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of database management systems
• Availability to work varied hours, including weekends
