As a certified Structural Steel Welder Fitter at Ritchie's Welding Inc., you will play a vital role in our experienced team specializing in structural steel fabrication. This on-site position offers you the chance to fit, position, and weld components according to detailed blueprints while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble steel components by following shop drawings
• Perform GMAW and FCAW welding according to procedures
• Safely operate heavy shop equipment and machinery
• Measure finished workpieces accurately to standards




• Ensure safety and quality during production processes

Requirements:
• Highly preferred: Valid Canadian Welding Bureau certifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fabrication shop
• Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Required: valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Must pass federal security screening for projects
