We are looking for a energetic Sales Associate focused on excellent customer service and store operations. This role will enhance the shopping experience through personal engagement and product knowledge.

The Sales Associate will be key to delivering exceptional service while supporting daily retail operations. Ideal candidates will excel in greeting customers, utilizing the POS system for transactions, and maintaining store organization. This position also includes regular stocking, building product knowledge, and working with the Store Manager on special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately with POS system
• Maintain high standards of store appearance




• Organize inventory and receiving shipments
• Assist with daily operational tasks and reports

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Passion for fashion and retail industries
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
