Become a Behaviour Support Specialist with Surrey Place in Toronto, ON, providing essential support to children with autism and developmental disorders. This full time role is critical in delivering personalized ABA therapy.

As a Behaviour Support Specialist within the TRE-ADD program, you will work closely with children and youth experiencing severe behavioral challenges in our ECPP classrooms. You will assist in their social skills development and adapt daily living tasks to foster independence, under the guidance of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA assessment and treatments
• Aid clients in improving their communication skills
• Gather and track client progress through data collection




• Maintain detailed records and adhere to reporting protocols
• Support various ECPP classroom needs as they arise

Requirements:
• 3-year diploma in Behavior Science Technology or similar
• Experience working with youth facing severe behavioral issues
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening required
• Physical ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs
