You will handle both routine janitorial tasks and minor maintenance duties while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities
• Conduct minor renovations and repairs as directed
• Handle waste collection and recycling duties
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement programs

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience in a comparable role
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience in handling floor care equipment
• Must be physically capable of all assigned tasks
