We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will maintain accurate system data, assist users with inquiries, and track work orders to ensure preventive maintenance is effectively scheduled. Strong skills in Excel will be beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Verisae CMMS across all Canadian sites
• Create and update vital asset and equipment data
• Monitor preventive maintenance and work orders
• Produce accurate reports and maintenance records
• Support users with CMMS-related questions

Requirements:
• Moderate proficiency with computer applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CMMS or related database systems is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Robust communication and analytical problem-solving skills
