This permanent full time role tasks you with managing the interRAI Program to ensure excellent care and regulatory compliance across all Long-Term Care homes. You will work closely with the Director of Long-Term Care Operations and interdisciplinary teams to develop educational programs that enhance staff competencies while maximizing Case Mix Index results. Your proficiency in RAI/MDS will guide the strategic direction of quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead interRAI project management and data accuracy
• Develop and execute staff education programs




• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to promote quality care practices

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse certificate from Ontario
• RAI/MDS training and certification required
• 3 years of experience in long-term care nursing
• Innovative mindset and adult learning facilitation skills
• Valid Driver’s License and travel readiness
