Deliver compassionate support as a Community Health Worker with the Gordon Head Health Unit in Victoria, BC. Foster client independence and ensure quality care in a home environment.

This casual position offers shifts throughout the day and evening, focusing on personal care assistance in accordance with established plans. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will need to navigate between multiple sites, which requires a valid BC driver's license and potential vehicle use for transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with families to promote clients’ independence
• Travel regularly between assigned clients’ locations




• Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
• Uphold client confidentiality and care standards

Requirements:
• Certificate in Home Support/Resident Care Assistance
• Current registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Valid BC driver's license for transportation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
