In this full-time position, you will assume responsibility for the embedded video pipeline, ensuring low-latency operations within complex systems. You will leverage your robust Linux development skills to build and maintain essential components, conduct profiling, and drive optimization across hardware and software layers. Your ownership will guide the architectural decisions of critical subsystems while troubleshooting to ensure high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize embedded video pipeline from capture to transport
• Develop latency instrumentation and root cause analysis tools
• Maintain and modify Linux camera components with V4L2
• Collaborate with hardware teams for effective integration
• Implement automated testing and validation strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Extensive experience in embedded Linux on ARM architectures
• Advanced skills in C programming and kernel development
• Proven experience with media pipelines and V4L2
• Familiar with system debugging tools and methodologies
