This role includes liaising with government officials and preparing detailed proposals, ensuring that the voice of the Red River Métis is heard in important policy areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake thorough research on social and political policy issues
• Analyze and assess current health policies and program effectiveness
• Develop proposals based on comprehensive research findings




• Conduct financial analysis for policy-related services
• Prepare quarterly reports for government officials

Requirements:
• Possess a Master's degree or applicable Bachelor's with experience
• Proven public sector report writing skills
• In-depth knowledge of relevant social policy issues
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Valid Manitoba Driver's license and travel readiness
