Step into a transformative role as a Research Scientist I at AbCellera in Vancouver. Focus on antibody therapeutics and leverage your bioanalytical expertise to impact clinical outcomes.
As part of our Pharmacokinetics (PK) team, you will be instrumental in advancing T-cell engager programs from concept to clinic. This position requires hands-on experience with ligand binding assays and a comprehensive grasp of antibody pharmacokinetics. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in bioanalytical and pharmacokinetic activities, will drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and analyze bioanalytical and PK data
• Collaborate as a PK function representative in teams
• Outline and implement the PK strategy for projects
• Perform biochemistry assays, including ELISA and MSD
• Lead creative bioanalytical method development
Requirements:
• PhD, MSc with 3-5 years, or BSc with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics of antibodies
• Proven experience with plate-based assays
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Background in non-compartmental PK analysis is advantageous
