Key Responsibilities:
• Administer employee lifecycle in Paycor system
• Coach leaders on company policies and best practices
• Implement AI tools for HR process improvement




• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve issues
• Support safety initiatives within the organization

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR generalist or partner roles
• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR credential preferred
• Extensive experience with Paycor HRIS
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
