In the role of Victim Services Navigator, you will implement services aligned with the Victim’s Rights and Services Act, facilitating critical support to clients. Your duties will encompass liaising between victims and justice professionals, providing court assistance, and helping clients navigate their rights. Through a deep commitment, you will strive to improve service delivery and respond to victim needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison for victims and justice staff
• Provide court assistance and preparation services
• Support victims in completing necessary documentation




• Ensure confidentiality in managing sensitive cases
• Work collaboratively to enhance community support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of related client services experience
• Expertise in the Victims' Rights and criminal justice laws
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
• Solid computer proficiency for case management
• Must have reliable transportation for multiple locations
