Deliver top-notch patient care in our pharmacy as an interim Pharmacist through February 2028. Prioritize patient well-being by providing guidance, education, and personalized health services with empathy.
This role requires a skilled and skilled Pharmacist focused on improving patient outcomes. You will engage in various health programs, perform medication reviews, and ensure accurate prescription handling. Collaborate effectively with colleagues while keeping abreast of pharmacy practices and regulatory mandates in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and support
• Initiate and document personalized care plans
• Engage in collaborative programs for wellness services
• Ensure technical functions and prescription accuracy
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school
• Licensed Pharmacist in the province of work
• First Aid and Injection certifications required
• Kroll software familiarity preferred
