This permanent role emphasizes responsibilities in parts ordering and coordination. You will manage the end-to-end procurement functions to improve fill rates and inventory availability. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you will maintain accurate records and optimize processes to reduce customer downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Place orders with suppliers and rebuild centers
• Follow up on rebuild priorities and work in progress
• Create purchase orders in line with supply needs
• Clarify and address customer and vendor delay issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance performance

Requirements:
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in parts or service
• Experience with Lawson or similar systems is advantageous
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles
