Connect individuals with critical resources as a Client Services Navigator at Options Community Services. Enhance client experiences by guiding them through WorkBC services and support systems.
In this pivotal role, you will provide front-line assistance, greeting clients and helping them navigate available community resources related to employment services. Your duties include conducting assessments, managing applications, and updating client information while maintaining professionalism and empathy in interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through WorkBC application processes
• Assess financial needs for job start funding
• Manage online application workflows and appointment scheduling
• Track stats and assist in follow-up for employment outcomes
• Register clients for training opportunities and distribute resources
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 with a post-secondary diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with client assessments and customer service
• Organizational skills and solid attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, willing to learn ICM
• Effective communicator who can manage diverse client interactions
