Take on a full time Night Shift Picker and Packer role with Intercity Packers in Richmond. You will work from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM, ensuring all outgoing products meet our high quality standards.

This position is essential as you pack, sort, and prepare fresh and frozen orders for distribution. You will be a critical part of our team, reporting to the Night Shift Assembly Supervisor. If you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and work well under minimal supervision, consider applying.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pack and sort products for customer orders
• Ensure correct labeling and documentation of shipments
• Work under the supervision of the assembly team leader
• Focus on safety and quality throughout your shift
• Help maintain tidy and organized packing areas

Requirements:
• Completed high school education
• Forklift experience or certification is beneficial
• Basic computer skills and label-making knowledge
