The successful candidate will supervise apprentices and sales workers and address customer complaints promptly. You’ll also be responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate inventory, eliminating supply issues before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the activities of apprentices and sales staff
• Assign and manage key duties of all workers involved
• Resolve customer issues including requests and complaints
• Maintain and organize inventory consistently
• Oversee cash management operations throughout shifts

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Retail experience is a valued asset
• Must be able to work on-site without telecommuting
