This temporary, full time position supports nursing and midwifery regulation from October 2026 to October 2027. You will play a crucial role in evidence synthesis, developing recommendations, and identifying trends impacting Standards Support. Collaborate with BCCNM staff to enhance healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement research strategies for Standards Support initiatives
• Gather evidence through literature reviews and scans
• Develop briefing materials and key messages for stakeholders
• Analyze recurring themes from consultation feedback
• Manage data and results reporting for surveys
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health-related discipline
• 5 to 7 years relevant healthcare experience
• Strong skills in research methodologies and reporting
• Demonstrated leadership in project management
• Knowledge of Indigenous issues in health systems
