This position involves extensive safety-conscious operation focusing on highway maintenance tasks. You will perform a variety of activities such as snow plowing, traffic management, and patrolling while reporting to the Road Superintendent. This unionized role includes scheduled shifts with full time hours and may require overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform summer and winter highway maintenance tasks
• Handle snow plowing and sanding operations
• Conduct right-of-way and drainage maintenance
• Assist with minor upkeep of vehicles and equipment
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid DZ license; AZ is a plus
• Highway maintenance experience is essential
• Reliability and punctuality for shift work
• Ability to manage physical demands of the role
• Passing drug screening and maintaining a clean driving record
