Reporting directly to the Vice President of Information Technology, you will lead investigations and oversee incident response efforts for various environments. Your primary responsibilities will include building detection rules, executing threat hunts, and leveraging automation to streamline our security processes. As a senior resource, you will develop the team's methodology and contribute to its overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct investigations and forensics for high-severity incidents
• Write and manage detection rules and playbooks
• Conduct threat hunts based on current intelligence




• Document and report on security incidents and responses
• Align detection measures with organizational risk

Requirements:
• Over 5 years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 in SOC roles
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or similar experience
• Familiarity with cloud environments and financial security
• Hands-on programming skills, predominantly in Python
• Relevant security certifications are strongly preferred
