This position focuses on offering compassionate support to parents and caregivers of children aged 0-13. You will engage with families through home visits to evaluate their needs, develop personalized plans, and facilitate skill-building workshops. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs through home visits
• Implement individualized family support plans
• Facilitate educational workshops for parents

• Ensure confidentiality and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of child development and family support
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory
