Be a catalyst for change as the Indigenous Engagement Manager at Bell on a 12-month contract. Engage with Indigenous communities and oversee cooperative reconciliation projects.
This role emphasizes the development of strategic oversight in implementing Bell’s Reconciliation Strategy. You will be responsible for managing PAIR certification and ensuring the incorporation of Indigenous perspectives across projects. In partnership with communities, your focus will be on fostering long-lasting relationships and providing culturally informed guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute reconciliation strategy frameworks
• Lead the PAIR Certification program and Indigenous initiatives
• Develop engagement strategies aligned with corporate values
• Facilitate workshops and community engagement activities
• Produce cultural awareness training and communications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Indigenous Studies or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in community engagement and reconciliation
• Strong interpersonal skills with Indigenous communities
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Proven capacity to manage complex projects
