Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS software, ensuring timely entry and processing
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by following proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, adhering to sanitation protocols
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS software, is a plus
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience with food industry standards for serving, upselling, and guest engagement
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
