Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that makes guests feel valued.
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and understanding basic math for transactions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $16.35 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
