Job Title: AJO Adobe Journey Optimizer Senior Lead Job Type: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Job Description We are seeking an experienced AJO Adobe Journey Optimizer Senior Lead to lead enterprise-scale digital marketing technology and customer engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Cloud , solid architecture expertise, and a proven track record of leading large-scale Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign implementations .

The role will be responsible for designing enterprise customer engagement architectures, providing architecture governance, managing distributed delivery teams, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.

Design and govern enterprise customer engagement architecture using Adobe Experience Platform, AJO, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.

Define integration strategies across CRM platforms, CDP solutions, and Adobe Experience Cloud products.

Provide technical leadership and architecture governance throughout implementation programs.

Lead distributed onsite/offshore teams and ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.

Drive best practices for customer journey orchestration,



personalization, segmentation, and digital engagement.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to delivery teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate architecture decisions and project progress effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Master''s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Technology. 5+ years of experience leading Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.

Experience delivering 3+ large-scale Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign implementations.

Strong experience designing enterprise customer engagement architectures.

Hands-on experience with: Adobe Experience Platform Adobe Journey Optimizer Adobe Target Adobe Analytics CRM platforms CDP integrations Experience leading distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams.

Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience.

Preferred Certifications Highly Preferred: Adobe Journey Optimizer Architect Certification Adobe Experience Platform Architect Certification Additional Preferred: Adobe Certified Master Experience Cloud AWS or Azure certifications Job Details Job Type: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid
