Reporting to the Manager of Operational Excellence, this full time co-op position offers hands-on experience in membership functions and standards development. You will support operational activities, engage in change management projects, and conduct thorough data analyses. This role is ideal for those keen on making a meaningful impact in standards processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data analysis to facilitate standards operations
• Assist in implementing change management strategies
• Support training sessions and update key documentation




• Engage in research for standards projects as needed
• Coordinate with teams involved in membership and standards development

Requirements:
• Enrolled in an undergraduate program, ideally second year or higher
• Knowledge in process improvement and project management practices
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with great planning capabilities
• French proficiency will be an advantage
