As part of the Partner and Client Onboarding team, report to the Operations Manager and utilize your 2-3 years of financial experience. Your expertise in onboarding processes will ensure client and advisor inquiries are addressed efficiently. The role requires a dedication to high-quality service and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide advisors through the onboarding journey and procedures
• Educate on the Dataphile system and related practices
• Answer onboarding queries as a Subject Matter Expert




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift onboarding
• Keep track of advisor progress via the Onboarding Dashboard

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or comparable experience
• Experience in the financial industry, 2-3 years required
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course preferred
• Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
• Required fluency in French; English is a robust asset
