In this role, reporting to the Food Services Manager, you will assist in various food preparation tasks while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience and be passionate about cooking for seniors. Your responsibilities will include preparing dishes, conducting safety checks, and providing quality meals in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook assigned menu items as directed
• Support the cooking schedule and improve food quality
• Ensure proper food rotation to minimize waste




• Record food safety metrics and temperatures
• Assist in large orders and special events preparation

Requirements:
• One year experience in food preparation required
• Valid Food Secure certification essential
• Strong knowledge of food service operations
• Ability to communicate professionally in a team setting
• Flexibility in work schedule and shift availability
