Transform cultural heritage practices at ERM as a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist. Based in Vancouver, Smithers, or Whitehorse, lead significant archaeological projects and enhance client engagement.
This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your technical archaeology skills while managing compliance and preservation initiatives. You'll lead field programs and contribute to ERM's mission of cultural heritage excellence, alongside a team-oriented team committed to delivering integrated solutions for clients across Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct archaeological programs under applicable permits
• Conduct artifact analysis and report preparation
• Communicate and collaborate with clients effectively
• Represent ERM at regulatory and federal meetings
• Enhance growth initiatives for cultural heritage services
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or similar
• Over 4 years of field and research experience
• Current British Columbia permit required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license for project travel
