Enhance operational efficiency at Morgan in the role of Maintenance Administrator. This hands-on position in Poplar Creek focuses on maintaining and documenting essential maintenance records for heavy civil projects.

As part of Morgan’s maintenance team, you will report directly to the Lead Maintenance Coordinator. Your main duties will include the administration of work orders within B2W, ensuring the documentation of maintenance activities is accurate and timely. This role is essential for supporting maintenance activities and facilitating communication within the team regarding equipment status and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Collect and organize supporting maintenance documentation




• Track and follow up on outstanding work orders and records
• Assist with data entry and documentation for maintenance reporting
• Support Maintenance Coordinators with administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Administrative experience in construction or related industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and B2W software
• Robust ability to manage documentation and records
• Valid driver’s license may be necessary based on duties
