In this essential position, you’ll focus on preserving our club's visual appeal and operational efficiency by maintaining critical systems like HVAC and plumbing. You are responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, all while embodying the values of MOVATI Athletic.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on building assets
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot system outages and prepare recovery plans




• Act as liaison with external service contractors
• Enforce health and safety procedures across club areas

Requirements:
• Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator certificate preferred
• 3+ years experience in building maintenance
• Proficient in HVAC and plumbing systems
• Solid troubleshooting skills for repairs
• Solid verbal and written communication
