In this role, you will be an essential part of our production team, executing operational tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our processes. As a Production Technician, your duties will include monitoring equipment, documenting production orders, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Your proactive involvement will support a safe and effective working environment while contributing to our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute various operational and equipment handling tasks
• Regularly check and maintain production machinery




• Log production data for improved transparency
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Keep the work area organized and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with aquaculture is a plus
• Able to operate complex production equipment
• Must be available for rotating 12-hour shifts
• Physically fit to lift 5-10 kgs when necessary
