In this position, you will report to the Manager, Client Onboarding, focusing on setting up and modifying plans for existing and current clients. You will engage in RFP reviews and work with various departments to ensure comprehensive and accurate plan administration. Your attention to detail and project management proficiency will play a key role in enhancing our payvider model's efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client meetings to gather key information
• Enter client details into administrative systems accurately




• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project implementation
• Review historical documents for consistency
• Handle multiple projects effectively to meet timelines

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or similar
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong administrative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Solutions-oriented with a positive attitude
