Become a Production Planner at IEM's Surrey location, where you will transform customer demands into actionable production plans. Your role will enhance efficiency through data-driven decisions using ERP tools.
In this in-office role, the Production Planner will engage in cross-functional coordination, ensuring that manufacturing operations align with customer expectations. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you will support both mid- and long-term planning efforts to optimize production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate customer demand into detailed production plans
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams
• Analyze production constraints and address planning challenges
• Participate in cross-departmental planning meetings
• Enhance planning processes through continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• 1-3 years relevant experience in manufacturing planning
• Familiarity with INFOR ERP or similar systems
• Solid Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
