Take charge of Occupational Health and Labour Relations at Supply Ontario. This strategic role focuses on fostering a safe and supportive work setting aligned with organizational goals.

As a member of the HR leadership team, you will spearhead initiatives in Employee and Labour Relations (ELR) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). Your leadership will be crucial in building effective programs that not only address employee needs but also mitigate organizational risks through sound governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight for ELR/OHS policies and compliance
• Develop strategies for collective bargaining processes
• Initiate and manage wellness and absenteeism programs
• Collaborate on performance metric development




• Consult with stakeholders to address ELR/OHS needs

Requirements:
• Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a multi-union environment
• Knowledgeable in employment law and collective agreements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to coach leaders on compliance and best practices
