As a Project Coordinator, your role will include managing the workflow for mechanical and multi-disciplinary projects. Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience and relevant education in engineering technology or construction management. Communication is key as you’ll work closely with project managers, prepare schedules, and assist with client relationships while identifying potential scheduling issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and track tasks for engineering projects
• Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders




• Monitor expenses and review project invoicing
• Work with teams to meet project timelines
• Support proposal writing and business development efforts

Requirements:
• 1-5 years experience in project coordination
• Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Experience with MS Project or P6 is a plus
• Solid communication for client relations
• Willingness to travel as required
