Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Centre staff in service delivery
• Conduct performance feedback and one-to-one meetings




• Ensure open communication with external partners
• Facilitate staff recruitment and onboarding processes
• Guide team members in training plans and performance measures
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in team supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in employment-focused programs preferred
