Adecco is currently hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment in Vaughan, ON .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse administration, and logistics coordination who thrive in a detail-oriented, customer-focused setting.

Release orders for warehouse selection and receiving.

Generate receiving labels and related documentation.

Prepare load sheets, trailer maps, and shipping documentation.

Create and verify Bills of Lading and packing slips.

Coordinate deliveries and documentation with dispatch and logistics teams.

Respond to customer inquiries and incoming calls.

Welcome and assist drivers arriving at the facility.

Maintain positive relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Support inventory accuracy, audits, and warehouse documentation.





Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or distribution operations.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with WMS, SAP, or similar inventory management systems is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
