Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Project Lead to play a critical role in a large-scale SAP transformation initiative.

This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into successful SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading business workstreams through complex ERP implementations, facilitating workshops, documenting current and future-state processes, and driving alignment across multiple countries and business units.

This role requires a strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Sales Operations processes, along with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with 7+ years of experience, a proven track record supporting at least three end-to-end ERP implementations, and deep hands-on experience with SAP.

The successful candidate will be comfortable leading requirements gathering, managing process improvements, supporting UAT activities, mitigating functional risks, and partnering closely with SAP integrators to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Skills and Requirements
-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Lead, or Business Transformation Lead
-Experience overseeing 2+ ERP implementations, with at leastM involving SAP
-Solid SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) is required
Proven experience leading business workstreams during ERP transformations
-Deep understanding of: Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Procurement
Supply Chain
Inventory Management
Sales Operations
-Experience facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, and process mapping sessions
-Experience documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
-Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation
-Experience working in multi-country or regional ERP deployments
-Experience coordinating business users, executives, SMEs, and external implementation partners
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bilingual English and Spanish required SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
Experience with SAP rollouts across Latin America
PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications
Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
Experience working with major SAP integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, Infosys, etc.)
Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industry experience
Experience managing RICEFW objects and requirements traceability
